Our group claimed that people can learn through practice and social interactive, learning will be enhanced if learners have motivation and/ or multi-sensory learning experiences are provided.

Our group concluded several factors that make an effective educator. Those factors including:
1. Knowledgeable of subject matter and students’ needs
2. Open-minded to updated knowledge, techniques and willing to collaborate with others, learning from PLN.
3. Preparedness and creativity.
4. Self-reflection and flexibility.
